Katrina Sun Breese

Katrina Sun Breese is the Vice President of Development and External Affairs at APIA Scholars, the nation’s largest organization dedicated to supporting APIA student access to higher education and resources that cultivate their academic, personal and professional success. She leads the strategy and execution of the organization’s fundraising, marketing and communications efforts. Katrina comes to APIA Scholars most recently from PDK International, where in addition to leading the organization’s comprehensive fundraising activities, she directed the PDK Educational Foundation’s scholarship program for current and aspiring educators.
Katrina’s nonprofit leadership experience also includes a position as Director of Leadership Giving at the Inova Health Foundation where she led fundraising for their Women’s and Children’s hospitals, Transplant Center and Departments of Neuroscience and Surgery. Additionally at The George Washington University Medical Center she helped launch their grateful patient fundraising initiative and led fundraising for the GW Cancer Center. An avid traveler, Katrina grew up living all over the world and across the US including South Korea, Pakistan, Bolivia, Texas, Mississippi, California, Connecticut, DC and Virginia. She and her husband Adam currently reside in South Riding, Virginia and are proud parents of their two children.

Somkhit “Kit” is a Campus Recruiting Consultant on the University Programs Team and is based in Dallas, TX. Her 20+ years of professional recruiting career spans across multiple industries and specialties.
Kit began her career with Wells Fargo in 2014 as Early Talent Recruiter with the Consumer Lending Group. In 2018, she transferred to Wholesale Enterprise University Programs as a Campus Recruiting Consultant where she manages the intern and full-time hiring for the Financial Analyst Program for the Central Region.
Education: B.S. Biology/Chemistry from Texas Woman’s University
Fun Facts: Bi-lingual (English & Laotian); 5 brothers (sadly, no sisters)
Ryan Dang Hong

Ryan Dang Hong is a Business Support Consultant for Branch Banking and is located in New York City, NY. He supports the New York region with nearly 80 branches and over 700 employees. His responsibilities include leading and executing on strategies focused on customer experience, employee experience, risk,and growth.
Ryan started his 17 year career with Wells Fargo in 2002 as a part-time Teller in Laguna Niguel, CA. In Branch Banking, he was promoted to Lead Teller, Customer Service & Sales Representative, Personal Banker, Licensed Banker,and BranchManager. Hethenhad the opportunity to join Learning & Development as a Business Training Consultant supporting the Wachovia –Wells Fargo transition. After supporting the largest merger in history, he moved east to Charlotte, NC,joining Wealth and Investment Management as a Market Growth & Development Consultant. After five years in Charlotte he moved to New York City returning to Branch Banking as a Business Support Consultantfor the past three years.
Ryan graduated from the University of California, Irvine, with a degree in International Studies. He is an activeleaderin the Asian ConnectionTeam Member Network andis highly involved in community support efforts.
Fun fact: Ryan is Vietnamese-American who recently learned how to cook Phothanks to his mother.

Dewey has been with Wells Fargo for 22 years and his background includes work in Retail Brokerage, Capital Management, Corporate Communications, Investment Banking & Capital Markets, Community Relations and the Wells Fargo Foundation.
Dewey is a Senior Vice-President in Talent Acquisition Strategy and Targeted Programs within Human Resources. In this vital and strategic role, he places special emphasis on providing diverse students and consumers greater access to higher education resources (scholarships), mentoring, career development, and comprehensive financial wellness training. On an annual basis, Dewey manages 90-100 national events and programs including Wells Fargo’s groundbreaking Beyond College Webinar Series.
Originally from New York City, Dewey is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (#CharlotteStrong) with a degree in Political Science. Outside of the firm, he works with several non-profits in support of education, health and human services, and youth athletics. Dewey and his wife Amanda reside in Charlotte, North Carolina and have two adult children.
